All of our puppies come with a three year health gurantee. Below is the information associated with that gurantee.

3 Year Health Guarantee

The fulfillment of the Health Guarantee is contingent upon the parameters, conditions, and stipulations stated throughout our contract. The nullification of the health guarantee will occur if Adopter does not follow or maintain any aspect of the contract.

    Replacement Circumstances:

    Regency Ranch agrees to provide the following health guarantee for the conditions outlined below. If your puppy/dog suffers from any of the following ailments within the first three years (36 months) of life, the guarantee will take effect.

    • Hip Dysplasia that presents and alters dog’s quality of life 
    • Hemolytic Anemia 
    • Addison’s Disease
    • Elbow Dysplasia that presents and alters dog’s quality of life
    • Cancer (Although not always genetically linked)
    • Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)
    • Genetically based Liver/Heart/Spine/Kidney disorders that shorten life span 
    • CFS confirmed Aseptic Meningitis      
    •  Severe Heart Murmurs (Grade 3 or Higher) 
    • Myasthenia Gravis 

       This guarantee only includes those ailments noted above. The exceptions to the guarantee include, but are not limited to:

      * Trama     * Abuse     * Heartworms     * Reverse Sneezing     * Bloat     * Skin Issues     *Allergies     * Seizures  * Shedding     * Injury     * Hypoglycemia     * Thyroid Issues     * Cherry Eye    

      * Hernias     *Entropion      * Loss * Diet Related DCM      * Ectropion     * Temperament    

      * Theft     * Accident     * Improper bite * Non-Genetic Diseases      * Non-Genetic Ailments

      * Viral/bacterial infections – including, not limited to: 

      Parvo — Distemper — Meningitis — Chagas

      * Parasites – including, but not limited to:

      Leptospirosis — Corona Virus — Coccidiosis

      Hookworms — Roundworms — Heartworms

      Roundworms — Giardia — Whipworms

         

      Replacement Agreement:

      Should puppy/dog develop any of the above listed disorders which make it necessary to euthanize said puppy OR significantly impede the puppy/dog’s quality of life before the puppy/dog reaches three (3) years of age (36 months), Regency Ranch agrees to replace the puppy/dog with another puppy within one year of the diagnosis/death (whichever comes first) of puppy/dog should the adopter choose to do so. If the adopter chooses not to pick up a puppy within the one-year period, the guarantee will become invalid.

      This guarantee covers only the replacement of the puppy. All veterinarian fees, or other expenses, incurred will be the Adopter’s responsibility. There will be no refunds or reimbursements of any monies of the adoption fee or for veterinary bills or other expenses incurred by the Adopter.
